Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays whenever possible.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
TRACKING INFO
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before being resent.
LOST,STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.
If your package appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of:

We will review each situation individually and work toward an appropriate resolution.
