REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY.

All pieces are handmade and produced in limited quantities. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Please carefully review all product details, measurements, and sizing information before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are responsible for selecting the correct size and specifications. We are unable to issue refunds or accept returns due to incorrect sizing selections made at checkout.

EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges for eligible items under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• The item must include original packaging

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange if it meets the conditions above.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom pieces

• Made-to-order items

• Worn jewelry

• Items purchased during special sales or promotions
